How to Order - Organic Meat Western AustraliaOrganic Meat West Australia
We have three different bulk meat products available to order on line: Beef Quarters, Sausages and Mince. Fresh sausages and mince are available all year round while the beef quarters can be purchased between November and February inclusive. For smaller quantities please go to other outlets.

BEEF QUARTERS The minimum order is half a side (quarter of the body), to be picked up from the Finesse Butchery in City Beach, Perth, Western Australia. Most people seem to have sufficient freezer space; if not you might want to consider going halves or sharing with a friendly neighbour or other interested parties. The bulk price is $15-00 net per kg. Net means that what you pay for is exactly what you carry out of the shop (the normal practise in bulk selling is to charge a much cheaper price but on the hook which includes around 30% to 35% of inedible matter, mainly bones). The average fleshed out, net weight per quarter pans out at anywhere from approx. 16 to 35kg (average 20 - 25kg) and comes individually packaged and labelled for your convenience and ease of handling, in serves of two, i.e. two steaks or 500-600g mince, ready to be cooked. Once you have ordered we will get in touch with you to confirm your booking and details of the pick up. Our friendly butchers do not stock Baramba Beef on their premises on a walk in basis; the only way to obtain our bulk product is by ordering through us, either through this web site or via e-mail or telephone 08 9655 3023 (see contact us). For information on how to obtain smaller quantities please go to other outlets. MINCE The minimum order for mince is 10kg, again to be picked up from Finesse Butchery. The mince packs will average about 500g each. We have two lines available: Premium Mince for $12-00 kg (between November and March only) and Extra Lean Mince for $14-00 kg (all year round). If there are no specifications on the order form we will organise an order of Extra Lean Mince. For information on how to obtain smaller quantities please go to other outlets. SAUSAGES
Our sausages are becoming very popular. They are gluten free and can be
enjoyed by coeliac sufferers and those allergic to wheat products. The
ingredients are as follows:
Baramba Biodynamic Beef - Demeter Certified Rice Flour - Demeter Certified Water (cannot be certified) Salt (cannot be certified) Paprika, Parsley, Oregano, Pepper - OFC (Organic Food Chain) certifed. The skins are natural but are not organically certified. The minimum order is 10kg and as above, the sausages can be picked up from Finesse Butchery. The sausages come in packs of 6 or 9 and the price is $13-00 kg. Caution: Because our sausages contain no preservatives at all we recommend that you freeze them straight away. However they can safely be refrigerated for a couple of days prior to consumption. Once they are frozen you may notice a discolouration after about a month. That is perfectly normal and is a healthy sign of an absence of preservatives. We recommend that you eat your snaggers within three months of packing. Wholesale enquiries are welcome.
