About this module
Dust occurs naturally and from man-made activities like driving on a dirt road or sawing a piece of timber. In most workplaces, dust is considered problematic and a hazard, especially as dust can impact your health. This course is designed to give you a fundamental level of knowledge and understanding of dust. It covers what dust is, how to identify dust and its associated risks, its negative health effects, and the controls used to manage the associated risks.
